Casting Mold Models

Production of sand mold models for the casting industry. Printed parts are machined to form accurate molds for successful casting.

Composite Layup Molds

Fabrication of composite layup molds using fiberglass-reinforced PEI (Ultem) material. Vacuum hold tests performed and validated after surface finishing.

Machining Fixtures

Additive manufacturing of ABS machining fixtures for post-layup cutting and processing, including vacuum-enabled tooling.

Aerodynamic Structures

Production and testing of functional aerodynamic structures, such as dummy external aircraft fuel tanks.

Large-Scale Production

Large-format thermoplastic part production using our TÜBİTAK TEYDEP–funded high-volume 3D printer.

Material Testing

ASTM D638 tensile tests with specialized post-processing to achieve isotropic structure and high strength.

2019 – Inception

Developed our large-volume 3D printer under the TÜBİTAK TEYDEP project. Established solid foundations despite prototype limitations.
